Shopping, ironing, homework ahead supervised,
the letter sent to my son’s teacher, registration at summer camp,
small wrapped gifts?
Bon maintenant ça ne rigole plus.

Est ce que j’ai bien fini tout ce que je devais faire avant de partir?
Les courses, le repassage, les devoirs à venir supervisés,
la lettre envoyée à la prof, l’inscription au camp de vacances,
les petits cadeaux emballés?
I prepared the sentences to say in my bad English.
Well, on that side, at some point, you have to let go, eh?
It remains the luggage to do and not to forget the London Book Fair badge,
the fly eticket, and the passport.
And also my vitamins.
That said, I don’t go as Corine Sombrun deep in eastern Mongolia …
Nor for 3 months!

J’ai préparé les phrases à dire dans mon mauvais anglais.
Bon, de ce côté là, à un moment donné, il faut lâcher prise, hein?
Il reste la valise à faire et ne pas oublier le badge du Salon du Livre de Londres,
le eticket d’avion, et le passeport.
Et aussi mes vitamines.
Ceci dit, je ne pars pas comme Corine Sombrun au fin fond de la Mongolie orientale…
Ni pour 3 mois!
Si j’ai oublié une bricole, je pourrais toujours l’acheter…
ou m’en passer pendant 4 jours…
What excites me on this trip:
I will finally meet Gabriela PageFort and Bryn Savage.
And laughing with Alexandra Maldwyn Davies and Aurélie Safka.
